What's the war meta like at th12?

I joined my friend's clan after being clanless and farming on my own for the last couple years, so I'm a few th's up from when I last fought in any wars. I have no experience attacking with super troops or siege machines, would you guys be able to give me the names of a few attack strategies I could look into for th12?
