As more super troops are added to the game there will be new metas set and older super troops or less used ones will be harder to get in clan castles as more people will be using the meta super troops and won’t be able to donate the others. This is also hard for players who don’t play with more then one account. Allowing for another account to donate these super troops. I will be explaining four ways we can combat and adjust to this issue.

  1. Allow for the upgrade and use of another super troop in clash of clans. Make this TH dependent, for example only TH 12 and above can use more then one super troop. Limit (2).

  2. As more super troops are added, adjust when you can unlock certain super troops. For example, more less commonly used super troops or super troops that are comparably less powerful to other super troops to lower town halls. This can be used in combination with these other ideas too.

  3. Allow donation of super troops you have unlocked. It like what they implemented recently with if you have the super troop you can still donate the regular troop if people are requesting it. However, with this update rules would be reversed.

  4. My personal favorite. Add a system of a new building that acts like a army camp/barracks on defense but on offense acts like a clan castle that stores an extra set of super troops. It would drop in like a siege barracks but deploy as just a regular clan castle but with super troops.

Scenario 1:

Unlocked at: TH 12 (levels 1-4) TH 13 (levels 5-7) Levels: 1 - 10 housing space 2 - 15 housing space 3 - 20 housing space 4 - 25 housing space 5 - 30 housing space 6 - 35 housing space 7 - 40 housing space Can add more levels if super troops extend past that housing space limit. Have not figured upgrade cost or health on defense.

Scenario 2:

Unlocked TH 11: (Level 1 & 2) Town Hall 12: (level 3 - 6) Or If implementing with idea 2 have it unlocked at lower levels.

1 - Super Barbs 2 - Sneaky Gobs 3 - Super Giants 4 - Super Wall breakers 5 - Inferno Drag 6 - Super Witch Add more levels when more super troops are added.

Could also just follow a certain level for how super troops are unlocked currently. Example: Level 1 (when TH 11 unlocks super barbs and sneaky gobs) Level 2 (when TH 12 unlocks the rest of the super troops) Level 3 (if we have super troops that unlock at TH 13) This can be modified if also incorporating idea 2.

Purpose:

Allows two options to be implemented. 1. You can have a limited amount of space for a super troop to be unlocked 2. Limit the amount of super troops added and instead of each level having a certain amount of housing space it just has a limit per certain troop.

So it basically adds an option for another super troop, but limits how many you can have. Each way limits the amount you can have at a time. The first scenario is a limit to housing space for that extra super troop, like a clan castle is designed for. The second scenario allows for each upgrade level for super recruiter a certain amount of super troops per type to be allowed as extra support. I explain this more below in the two examples.

Also the mechanics would work the same as the regular super troop. As once you’ve used that super troop in super recruiter. There would be a cool down for 7 days. This would limit being able to use the same combination over and over.

Another idea is when using super recruiter, to get another super troop, an incentive would be reducing cost of using said super troop would be 50%. This could be used for the total 7 days or could be limited to fewer days at a discounted rate. These are just ideas for balancing this idea.

And you’d Still only be able to donate what you originally have as a super troop in your army not in the super recruiter.

Examples:

In scenario 1 - A level 7 Super Recruiter has a 40 space housing limit. This means if I want super barbs added in as an extra super troop I could, but I could only have a maximum of 8 total at a time. Each time I want to use them in my attack It would still cost me elixir to train them but it would allow me to have them every time. An idea to balance this a bit more would be to make the cost a flat rate to train them or increasing the cost to training them. Making it a bit more on the expensive side as a way to balance it to use it in the army comp. (just ideas doesn’t have to be implemented).

In scenario 2 - Instead of having each level determine your amount of super troops, each level would determine what super troop you can unlock as your second super troop. Another add on to this would be adding a fixed limit to the amount of super troops you can have. So instead of have 8 super barbs at lvl 7 compared to 6 at level 5, the flat rate would be 7 no matter what level your super recruiter is at. This way would make it easier to balance the offensive attack with amount of extra troops allowed. This comes in handy when dealing with troops with smaller housing spaces like super gobs.
