So, I have been playing for about 7 years now, and have about 7-8 accounts (most of them below TH8, but 2 TH10, and my main is TH12). One of my accounts was reported of getting hacked, so I went to support to ask them to change the password. When they asked me what month I created the account, I had to go and check it out on my computer to see when I actually downloaded the game, since it's been so long. During the time I was checking the date, I was banned for account phishing!
Over the next 2 months, I made about 8-9 support tickets to Supercell to let them know what had happened, that it was a mistake, and that the account was actually mine, and I could prove it with emails, receipts, or anything else they might need to see. Not a single one of my support tickets was answered. So here I am, about 2.5 half months later, 7 years of me playing this game down the drain (not to mention about $200 or so). I don't know how else to reach Supercell, or what to do now.
I've already contacted Apple, and they told me that they couldn't help me reach out to Supercell, but they could refund me every purchase ever made in the past 7 years (again, just over $200). I don't want to refund this money, I would much rather get the problem resolved. I'm going to be devastated if my account is gone forever. I'm in college, and almost every single free moment of every day I had, I would be playing this game. I don't know why they would do this without giving me a warning first, or ever responding to a single one of my support tickets. What should I do from here before having all the money refunded?
