[Glitch] On Android 5.1.1, I am not getting notified of base being raided/shield running out.

Like the title says, I will get notified after the second or third raid. It rarely notifies that my shield is running out, its annoying because i don't get the chance to re-arm traps, specially right now with the one week-one gem boost.
Anyone else experiencing this?
