does anyone have issues with builder apprentice.???

i am not getting my allotted time off builds and checking on it crashes my game.. i noticed this a few times already but now its getting on my nerves.. wtf did i pay for.. seems like im getting less than half and it just fcks up my game.
can i get some gems back or something ?
