Is there a glitch that randomly changes your base???

Howdy, first post here. I just logged in today and found my base not what I left it as. I have an upgrade base as most do and I haven’t switched over to it in a few weeks but I just hopped on today and I had been attacked on my upgrade base somehow??? Has anybody else experienced this?
