My account in 2015 connected to google account in older phone. But after years of not playing it and changing phone (with same google account) the CoC doesn't recognize my older data. I don't even remember my old player name.

My google "play games" have achievement stored meaning the old data is there, but CoC seems make up a new data.

When i tried the "retrieve my account" the robot chat asking me the player tag which is impossible to know because i don't have any screenshot of my old account not to mention remembering player tag.

is there anyway to retrieve my account beside the player tag? i tried to reinstall CoC but it doesn't work.
