Backstory:

Several months ago some WiFi company came and ran fiber optic conduit through the development that I live in. They dug up several yards in the neighborhood including mine leaving a massive dirt patch in my front yard with two pieces of conduit sticking up in the air about 4.5’ tall.

I called the WiFi company because I was concerned with how long it has been taking for them to finish the work they started. They told me they wouldn’t be back out in about a year.

So my question is, is this legal? I understand they have an easement to work on my property but I’m pretty upset that they dug up so many yards and plan on leaving it this way for a year and a half. Especially if I planned on selling the place. A big dirt patch in the front yard with conduit sticking up isn’t very attractive to buyers.
