Eb Clarinet High B and up.

Hey y'all. so I'm playing Eb clarinet for the pit in my highschools play. and I can't seem to get anything above a high B or above out. and by high B I mean Register Key B with the first finger on top down. anyone have any advice or could this clarinet possibly be crappy. any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
