Question on Clannad VN- Koumura Route Before Tomoyo, Fuko, Nagisa

So. I'm in a pickle. I followed this walkthrough: https://kazamatsuri.org/clannad-walkthrough/

And in order to get the steam achievement for Tomoyo I did Koumura route first, thinking I'm so smart. Then, I followed this walkthrough for help on another route: http://soukyuu.emevas.net/CLANNAD_guide.html

And it said to do Fuko>Koumura>Nagisa in that exact order or else you'll miss out on scenes through the end of the game and after life... Is there anything I can do to correct my mistake? Can I do the rest of the routes then Fuko>Koumura(for a 2nd time)>Nagisa in order to get back to good or am I locked out now? Please help asap, thanks! Love the game so far :D
