I have a customer that has State Farm homeowners insurance. We had a hail storm in our area, and large number of homes have damage (I understand that this has no bearing on individual claims). I found hail damage. State Farm sent a ladder assist 3rd party called Seek Now. He saw hail damage to the siding and the garage roof that he got on. He didn't want to have to get on the 3 story 12/12 roof, so he was going to use a drone. His wasn't charged,.so he said he would be back to do it later that day. State Farm denied the claim, and is unwilling to share the report they got from Seek Now, stating it is "a State Farm work document and is for internal use and he is unable to share it". I am going to do my own report with photos, but this seems pretty shady that they aren't willing to share their proof that there isn't hail damage, nor is the actual State Farm adjuster willing to come out to the property. Any advice?
