ToeSocks, a prince of our nation is beginning to settle the plains area we are now claiming, with a new settlement being planned out as we speak. This area claimed is far enough from our World Heritage Site of Bloodrun without violating AESCO conditions, and is expansive enough that our settlement is able to grow, as I know he is planning to construct a large keep/castle within the area as well.
