Good bye for now, Civ games.
Post Body

I love all the civ games, but I just removed civ 6 from my hard drive. Too many times I have been screwed over by civs in the World congress who didn't even know I existed yet, but they knew what luxuries I had... Barbarians who make a bee-line to my builders, missionaries, and settlers, and ignore the other civs completely.

Stop letting the game cheat against us, and give us a modern port of Alpha Centauri while you are at it!

EDIT: Some people think I am complaining about specific elements in the game making things too difficult. I a sense I am, but more to the point, I am complaining about the obviousness of the game's AI trying to make things difficult for the player, while being totally one sided in the attempt.

If there are two civs building close to each other, jockeying for position in a specific area, it makes no sense that those two civs would go out of their way to make things difficult for a civ that they have never met, and has no effect on their current situation in game.

I'm wanting the game's AI to simulate civilizations trying to dominate the planet, not just to beat me. There is a difference.
