8th gen Si chain tensioner question

Question for all the current (and former) 8th gens out there, did you ever replace your timing chain tensioner? If so, why and with what brand of not OEM? After reading forum posts on K20a and 8thgencivic, I haven’t found a conclusive reason to go with OEM vs Aftermarket tensioners. In tandem, I don’t understand when you should change them. My car is at 155K and is FBO. I want to keep it alive as long as possible.
