Another post!

Following my essay, On Orion, the Solution, Nightwinga and I have drafted a proposed constitution which will make Orion and its surrounding "colonies" into a federation, with participatory states. The constitution follows along the line of the preexisting Constitution of the City-State of Orion, but deals on a national level, and has provisions for the proposed national council of five and a limited judiciary element. This is wide open to discussion, so please comment on your thoughts and doubts.
