As discussed here, I'm calling a vote on two modifications to the act.

The first is the addition of a section with the following text:

Ownership of a plot given for free by Orion to new residents, is conditional on having a completed or reasonably advanced structure built on it within seven days. Plots without completed or reasonably advanced structures or plots with structures deemed built only to hold the plot may, on decision of the Executive Council revert to the ownership of Orion. This section only applies to plots given for free after the passing of this bill into law

The second, is:

Plots given for free by Orion may not be sold or have their ownership transferred to an entity other than back to Orion within 30 days of being given.

These will become sections 1.7 and 1.8 of the act.

Given that these are matters of law, if this bill becomes law and a property owner has any objections to decisions concerning his plots, he may ask the judiciary for a final judgement, who will have final say on the matter.

A further vote to amend the constitution to change the dereliction period from 3 weeks to 2 weeks will follow in the coming days.
