This is a slight amendment to the constitution to allow for colonial trials as agreed in the colonial charter. Changes are as follows:

Original Excerpt:

In all Cases affecting Official Representatives of a foreign State, Executive Councilors of Orions, or those in which the City-State of Orion shall be a Party, the Chief Justice shall have original Jurisdiction. In all other Cases, the Chief Justice shall have appellate Jurisdiction or original Jurisdiction if an inferior Justice is not available

Changed Excerpt:

In all Cases affecting Official Representatives of a foreign State, Executive Councilors of Orions, or those in which the City-State of Orion shall be a Party, the Chief Justice shall have original Jurisdiction. In all other Cases, the Chief Justice shall have appellate Jurisdiction or original Jurisdiction if an inferior Justice is not available unless it falls under colonial jurisdiction in which case the colony appointed, chief justice approved, colonial justice has original jurisdiction should they deem it appropriate. The Chief Justice maintains appellate jurisdiction.
