Tonight, around 10:00 pm EST, I logged on to the news that Senntisten citizens (Seldomshock, Evocat0r, and Battleborn_Sarin namely) were breaking UMM snitches that were recently placed by Orion Executive Councilors. Verifying the story for myself, I logged onto James_Bondage1, an account I hadn't been on since before the charter was even thought up. The account had many diamonds, snitches, and bastions (37 exactly). Shortly after logging on, I found Bribug hit by Battleborn_Sarin. After his recent attitude with me over his grief of my farm, (in which we had a tentative agreement that as long as he fixed it, he would not be charged) I felt as if Battleborn_Sarin had lost his chance at repairing the farm, which he was doing very slowly. Sarin was breaking an UMM snitch when I reached him.

I pearl Sarin and immediately get pearled by Seldomshock and my stuff stolen. He releases me and demands Sarins pearl. I refuse and cite the fact he griefed my farm, which he doesn't deny. I get attacked again and lose my stuff. He steals my bastions and refuses to give them back, along with Coltguy, Evocat0r, and KillerKoala obstructing justice by helping Sarin remain free. I found Sarin in Coltguys house and broke one block to get in, later replacing it. Seldomshock again pearls me. All total I was pearled 5 times in the space of an hour by Seldomshock. He refuses to give my 37 bastions and other valuable materials, such as 16 snitches and loose diamonds (around 25) back. For that, I hereby wish Seldomshock and anyone who actively defends him, to be pearled. Actions are continuing as I speak.

Senntisten and her citizens have acted in an aggressive and warlike manner towards Orion. For that, they will not be forigiven. Breaking UMM snitches is violating Article 3 Section 1 of the UMM Charter. Let it be known that we offered access to the snitches for anyone who asked, including Evocat0r, who, to my knowledge, recieved access.

This comes after a long period of mocking of the Executive Council and declaring themselves independent, such as the GIMP survey. They are acting in bad faith of the Charter for the Formation and Continuation of Colonies.

I am simply not impressed by Senntistens actions tonight. This is one step short of a declaration of war. I urge all Orion citizens and their allies to be wary of armed Senntisten citizens.
