I would like to use this thread to issue an apology to those whom I may have offended and defend myself personally and my position publicly. I am sorry that I may not have been clear when I expressed my opinions in Mumble and that I interrupted people several times. Though I agree that the judicial branch needs to be reformed or weakened, impeaching the current Chief Justice will not fix the problems endemic in the system. The Legislature, to which all citizens belong, has the power to propose to amend the Constitution and vote on whether to do so. All citizens of Orion and of Orion's Colonies are in the Legislature, so it follows that any member of the Legislature can try to amend the Constitution if he so chooses. Changing the Constitution to reflect the opinions of the people is a far better way to effect change than to impeach me. When I brought up the subject, I may have seemed overly aggressive, but I was trying to explain the constitutionality issues inherent in the proposal riptide made in Mumble. After the disagreements intensified and the Senntisten citizens with whom riptide and I were discussing went into their private channel, leaving me behind, riptide made the impeachment post. After riptide made the impeachment post, I went to the Etherium channel to try to whip votes in my favor in an effort to protect my position and my reputation. I read my points in a recording to DarkJesus, and he seemed almost convinced that I was right. At this time, my brother came into the Etherium channel and I began to go overboard with my arguments and misspeak. I apologize to Etherium for my actions in Mumble, they obviously offended you because you protested the Orion government. Sorry.

TL;DR: I felt as thought my actions in Mumble were overly aggressive and I am sorry, but I maintain that my legal argument was correct and that my impeachment would do little to achieve the overall goals of the Colonies.
