As of last night, I now own all territory previously known as Cuba, with Camp NWA being Lesotho in the middle.

All roads will be improved by myself and will remain public. You are free to visit Cuba anytime you like.

Henceforth, all territory is owned by me, and any unauthorized construction will be viewed as griefing. The whole place is thoroughly snitched. With that said, anyone who wishes to contribute to the construction of Cuba is welcome, I would just like a heads up.

As well as purchasing the land, all Cuban citizens have taken a unanimous vote to join Orion and be protected under its rights and sovereignty. We formed the League of United Cuban-Orion Citizens or (LUCC) and have Orion in our hearts and minds. All open hostility has ceased, and we only seek to protect both our borders, and the larger borders of Orion. You can see our whole aims and purposes statement here. We are no longer a separate entity, instead a territory, or distinct area of Orion.

My dream is for Cuba to be completely developed with a city, Havana, several military bases, and a "nuclear" program. All territory is still under Orion sovereignty and the whole "Cuba" thing is now no more than a name (although I still retain the right to have fun from time to time).
