What is the Orion government going to do with the auction money?

Orion is set to make 132d from auctioning off derelict plots, but what I would like to know is what are these funds going to be used for? I hope that the folks in charge can find a way to spend them usefully, instead of hiding them away like they seem to do a lot. Personally, I would like to see some go towards the police to help us gear up better ( I am in need of a Prot helmet).
