Recently, GodMinos has asked me to pay reparations for conducting an illegal search on his home several months ago. I have been and always will be willing to pay him for damages I incurred. However, in GodMinos' list of claims against me, he includes two charges which are not legally defined (one of which is prohibited against) in the Constitution which governs us. I do not believe I should have to pay reparations for "harming his character" (essentially hurting his feelings), and the Constitution supports this notion.
GodMinos initially asked for 9d in reparations. I countered with an offer of 3d, citing the very small damage I did (broke 2 blocks). Konvexen then suggested we meet in the middle at 6d, an amount that I see to be reasonable. However, GodMinos does not seem to accept this and continues to demand 9d.
If GodMinos is willing, I propose that the two of us enter arbitration by a neutral third-party whose decision is legally binding. The third party must be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Please post in this thread if you think you would be a good candidate for settling this dispute.
