Now that I have secured a loan, I will be establishing a new business in Orion. It will have the following features:

-A bar/inn/tavern/cafe.

-A nightclub/music venue with live performances and DJs

-A co-operative brewery.

-A brothel.

-Gambling facilities.

Depending on availible property, these may or may not be combined. I have tons of experience in running bars. Some of you may remember the Gay Bar in Mt Augusta in 1.0. Besides that I had about five other bars that I ran on and off. This "free house" will be just like the Gay Bar. It will have a safe space policy in that everyone regardless of sex, gender, orientation, race, nationality, age, ethnicity, whatever is welcome, and those that disturb this welcome will be kicked out. I hope for it to be a place of retreat. Not only for Orionites but for all Civcraftians. Hopefully this'll bring some business to Orion!

Things I am seeking to acquire:

-Property. Preferably something central and with lots of horizontal space.

-Building materials of ALL kinds, especially wood.

-Stone.

-Iron.

-Potions, and lots of potion ingredients. Any ingredients from netherwarts, blaze rods (ESPECIALLY), slimeballs, gold melons, spider eyes, brown shrooms, sugar, you name it.

-Any and all food, especially steak, pork and fish.

-Dyes of all kinds.

-Leather

-Obsidian

-Records

The following potential jobs will become clearer when everything's running smoothly:

-Additional barmen. I will provide training myself. Required to be friendly and active.

-Adult entertainers. For "special services". Very high rates offered (1d for a half an hour's work). All genders welcome, change of skin to something skimpy required.

-Bouncers. For when things get rowdy. Full PVP gear required. Being large in build and eastern european is a plus. Intimidating stare not optional.

-Artists. Anyone who can do live performances of any kind. Preferably that which fits in MC's gameplay.

-Suppliers. People who can farm and deliver stuff to me. Mostly potion ingredients, so nether enthusiasts especially! Won't be under my employment, I'll pay for items instead of work.
