I have discussed the idea with of forming a / Alliance in the past, and, after talking with Agraria, Communa, Kodiak, Fyfe, and Nowhere, I feel that forming such an Alliance to be feasible.

The primary goal of this Alliance would be to mutual protection of settlements within the / (AKA the South East). This includes both griefers, as well as the influence of members of the Negative Quadrants.

The Alliance would also work to have a degree of economic uniformity and protection, through a uniform currency (most likely gold, considering both Kodiak, and Communa use it), as well as the possibility of taxes on non / residents who have established shops within the South East.

We would also work to secure the South East, through the management of roads, and railways, both over-world, and in the nether (top and bottom).

In order to improve security, in an unclaimed, neutral region of the / , we would establish an alliance built, and run, prisoner vault. This will protect member cities from attacks, while securing enemy pearls.

The Negatives feel they can impose their will upon the / , especially through the use of bounty hunters, through massive snitch networks, as well as thinking they control our nether road. Because of this, and our smaller individual size, we need to work together, creating a Supranational Organization operating as the South Easter Alliance (S.E.A.), in order to further our mutual interests.

The plan is to build various Embassies within what is currently labeled as Gerald's Frontier Territory..

Here, you can see the current rough plan for the S.E.A. Building/Forum. Only a portion of the building has been mocked up at this moment in time.

A basic rule for the embassies that will be built, is that they must clearly be labeled to say which city it represents, as well as be flying a 2x3 flag of that city.

Each city may choose both a primary, and a secondary representative, however they like. Each policy will be openly discussed and decided on. Should it come to a vote, each city will get one vote per citizen, or it may be put up to referendum.

Officials in charge of security will be needed. They will not be members of the Forum of representatives. (I personally support Goatsedotcx be lead official for security, due to his skill and experience with PvP).

A private, and a public subreddit will be created once the S.E.A. is established. The private Subreddit will be for deliberation and discussion, while the public subreddit will be for announcements.

I hope we can all work together, in order to form this forward looking organization.
