Expansion of Sovereignty over Territory

The constant growth of Gerald cannot be matched with the construction of new markers. Previous incidents, as well as new construction, have proven this. As a result, all territory within 200 blocks of our boarders are deemed to be within Gerald's right to enforce.
New boarder markers will be constructed within due time, however we will maintain our right to protect our claimed lands through any means.
