Inviting Syngrad into the UED

Ok so Riverford is trying to rope Syngrad into the nearby NDZ Federation as a protectorate. LyrithePC the leader is looking to me for advice about how to proceed.
We already talked about inviting Syngrad into the UED and since I can't talk to anyone really right now due to time differences I'm just gonna go ahead and invite them. I hope that's alright with everyone.
Edit: So apparently Lyrithe has turned over control of the town to Tallen, Spada81, Kickall and R3N
So I have no idea who to talk to now
