I know this is an appointed post, but it's important that Fellowship know who they might be getting as their new Economics Minister.

Background:

SerQwaez was the Shogun of Osaka, running that town until it fell to inactivity on his part due to unavoidable events and mean Claytican bullies. After this he went off and did some stuff.

After moving to Fellowship, Ser opened his first shop, the Thrift Shoppe. It sold some items, and it did decently well as Ser looked to create more economic opportunities for himself. And thus the HexMart was born. It was an attempt to not just make money, but to provide the community with an expansive store for any and all needs they might have.

Anyway.....

You already know what duties I am assigned, and I can promise that I can complete those with ease. I am on frequently, to be able to do plot sales, and I can use that time to further other money-making causes.

Beacon Rentals

We have a ton of beacons now, so let's make an official renting service! Accompanied by stacks of gold blocks or not, these beacons can be a great boost to the Treasury.

Redesign the Uptown and upper midtown

Let's move uptown out to the Hexpansion, and make plots above and sell those. Of course, this would have to be in combination with the Minister of Infrastructure.
