Yesterday Versai told me he wanted me to build his house in Nexus. We went over two different designs, and agreed on a price of 350d for the design and construction of the house. When I woke up today he had messaged me, saying that he had found a schematica file which he would construct himself. I spent a considerable amount of time designing the structures, and even though the work was fun, it was not profitable. I am reluctant to make this post a [REP-} one because he was very cordial and accommodating in our discussions, and agreed to give me a very good price for the house, but I am upset that he decided to use a different person's build after we had finished discussing the deal.
