I have had this idea for a long time now, since living the The Roman Republic, but it seems like a good idea now more that ever: a worldwide Olympic Games. Ideas I have now include include running, hurdles, swimming, long jump, archery, shotput, and fencing. All of these would of course be changed to Minecraft twists, and I would love ideas and input. I would also need people to help in making the stadium and events, both sponsors of materials and actual construction workers. I have a location in mind and have begun flattening, but nothing has really been built yet. PM me here on in game on details and if you'd like to help. I believe this is something that has been used to bring people together, without violence, and will work for us too.
