Hopefully you read the reddit. You recently claimed land near my base of operations in the name of the Kingdom of Atlatl. Given the proximity to my home, I'm a bit concerned about what your plans are. I don't want to flat out say "Don't live here" but I also don't want a city sprouting up in my backyard. What are your plans for the area so we can negotiate something that works for both of us.

Edit I forgot to mention it is less than 700m from Columbia if that matters to anybody.

Edit2 I went back to the house to place a sign by his signs, and the entire thing is gone, and a sign is replaced there that says "We don't negotiate with terrorists". I guess the other hermits living here didn't like becoming a kingdom... And here I was hoping for a peaceful solution.
