Step one is to figure out what the people of Columbia want. We have random people posting election threads and well established citizens setting up tribunals with less legitimacy then the actions they oppose. If you think Columbia should have a government take it to the people first. Have a referendum on whether people want a state. From there establish a provisional government than a constitution etc. This can be handled in a civilized safe and responsible manner if everyone would just calm down and chill.

Having said that above piece who would like to see the establishment of a new state? Who prefers our current an-cap system?

This is not an official referendum just trying to get an idea of what people are thinking.
