Looking for a luxury home construction company

I have waterfront property in Columbia and am looking to hire a contractor to build me a luxury mansion on it. I am looking for a quality job where you procure materials as well as do the construction. We can do a cost plus model if that suits your or a flat fee if you feel more comfortable with that. Will pay quality diamonds for quality work. Price is negotiable but I am expecting a final cost in the tens of diamonds.
