In case you weren't aware, earlier I captured NoxyD pursuant to several claims I and other had against him.

I have reached an agreement with him in relation to this and pending fulfilment of the terms of this agreement he will be released in a day or so.
If you have claims against him please make that known ASAP, the release and settlement may be delayed in order to facilitate negotiations between those parties (if any) and NoxyD.

Unless any other claims are brought forward (and they cannot be satisfactorily resolved), this agreement will be settled and NoxyD will be released.
