This ass-clown was just recently in Mt. Augusta causing a little havoc. It's mostly just juvenile shit, breaking random blocks and placing other random ones throughout the city.
He's been leaving signs with the signature "The Artist" underneath them, saying random shit like "It's an interesting mix you your art and mine" or "I thought you could use a little color."
Snitch block evidence will be up soon upon request. He found my snitch but I guess he didn't feel like drilling through iron-enforced obsidian (which is pretty much the standard these days).
