Victoria has been growing at a nice pace over 3.0 and I am proud to announce that Victoria will now be growing intellectually with the official charter of the College of Victoria.

The College of Victoria will specialize in pursusing truth, protecting liberty, and teaching new players the way of the server. It will be a great school to learn Chrispienomics and get a Major in trade deal sciences.

As always plots are free and open in Victoria and if you are new and looking for a home, Victoria is a very great place to start. Elections are also happening soon.
