I'm writing this with the intention of discussing the possibility of and propositions for a new motto for Civcraft. I feel now would be appropriate, before the advertising train departs.
I've personally always found the "Build with more than just blocks" motto to be fairly characterless and unfitting to the spirit of Civcraft. If I'm not mistaken, it was originally chosen to refer to the mods of the early Civcraft, where players would be able to use these new aspects to shape their world. While fitting to the boldness of the mods of the server at the time, the focus of Civcraft has become seeing what the players create, build, and cause, not what they're building with. It's a player-oriented server, not a mod-oriented server, and I feel the motto should reflect that.
How do you feel about the current motto? Is it in need of replacement? If so, what suggestions do you have?
Disdain and jokes about current issues aside since a motto is here for a long time.
