Aegis annexes the Heian Empire

At the request of the remaining citizens and residents of the former Empire, Aegis hereby annexes their lands and grants citizenship to all active members.

Here is the most recently published map of the claims of each nation. Effective immediately, the territory currently labeled "Heian Empire" will be under the jurisdiction of Aegis.

The former capital of the Empire will simply be known as "Heian," and remain under the management of /u/ChezireNeko, to whom any questions about building within the town proper should be addressed.
