Pearled by JohnFairfax, will not be released until Zach is pearled

I was pearled by JohnFairfax, Skeps100, FlipSomeBricks, xXL33tsn1p3r69Xx, madcow457, Arch, and PSN_Gamer in Krasnaya(USR). They are saying that I will not be released until Zach is pearled by them.
I was not aiding Zach in any way when this happened, I am an innocent bystander and this is an unlawful pearling. I've never even met Zach in game before.
edit: have been released and got my stuff back, but they're all hanging out in Krasnaya still
