So after mining at different levels and methods at Ulca I got some conclusions that you might wanna know.

My theory is that in every group of levels there is a "strongest ore" that generates there more than others by many. From my mining I understood that on the high level of Ulca there is massively more coal ores than other ores and more than another levels. Also, on the low level there are diamonds that I had hard to find in other levels.

In addition, i think that iron is spread in all levels because I found it in similar amounts in all levels.
