After deploying a newer version of BetterShards, some unforseen issues came up.
A fix for those will be deployed together with a fix for the CombatTag issue.

Changelog of everything done today, including what will be applied once the server is back up:
Ores can no longer be mined with the wrong tool (diamond ore won't drop if you break it with a stone pickaxe)
Mob spawn rates were lowered
Saturation cost for regenerating health was lowered from 1.0 to 0.5
CombatTag now properly tags on login, but the tag duration is only 30 seconds (normal tag is still 60 seconds)
CombatTag now includes the name of the enemy in the tag message
Fixed an issue which allowed CivChat2 and Mercury to deadlock the server
Players should no longer random spawn on login
Players should no longer lose their inventories when combatlogging
Players should no longer get teleported to world spawn (which might be above bedrock) when combat logging
Players should no longer get stuck in the lobby
Additionally we are working on:
- Nerfing axes
- Fixing an issue that causes players to be locked into place for multiple seconds after switching shards
- Removing last bugs from randomspawning
- Rebalancing some of the factories, which had an okay price in CivTemp, but are kinda ridiculous now
- Analyzing mining data to tweak if needed
- Improving NameLayers caching to reduce load on the database, which will speed everything up
