Also please try and spread out away from the spawn shards as they're getting a bit overloaded. The portals are marked with particles so they shouldn't be hard to find.

Edit: The databases are getting hammered right now which is main source of the lag right now. As the massive amount db requests are processed, the lag should clear up.

Edit 2: If you're stuck in the lobby just relog, it should put you back where you were supposed to be (if it is possible for you to be there).
