You might have heard that I planned on making a town named Astanna with former criminal DroidJoe (who I shall be bountying upon the start of 3.0), unfortunately those plans have now been cancelled do to disagreements regarding our foreign trade policy. As such we are proud to announce the Republic of West Icenia, the one true successor to Icenia.

We are a direct representive democracy with authoritarian communistic elements and a focus on ancap policies. Our Constitution is still being written but I can guarantee we will have a complex and effective government system that will allow for maximum representation, equality and law manipulation.

We plan on becoming the Mount Augusta of our shard and a major part of civcraft through the trade of ice and other goods. We plan on being a beautiful city with a loose build style, however we do require buildings to composed of at least 70% flammable materials in order to ease dereliction and improve overall aesthetics.

Our nation currently has over 50 active players including myself and several other people who do exist but just so happen not to use Reddit. As a fair and democratic nation based on equality and justice we are open to everyone except people whom we do not like.
