update: so minor plugin failure, but that's what this is for, appropriate bugs have been filed and a backup restore is in progress, we will make another attempt when the plugin is updated, on the upside it looks like its just one causing problems now.

update2: so it looks like our sql table organization is rather poor, trying to debug a stupid issue with the alts list.

update3: Civcraft is back up! no changes ended up being made but we identified several problems to tackle and corrected some deficiencies in our backup scripts. There should be no noticeable changes for players.
