Internal sources have confirmed that an official agreement has been made between Cornerstone and PARK (People's Active Republic of Kappi). Together they have agreed on the player that will be the first mayor of all lands formerly known as Kappi. Our sources have yet to confirm the Mayor's name or when he will be sworn into office as Headmaster of /r/CivConcord.
We do know that the Mayor's city plan has been submitted to the 'ULV, National Court' and approved by The University of Kappi.
