Looking to live on a small island, far from drama, but still have access to the best factories?

I'm not very active anymore and I'm looking for people to help maintain my factories. I basically have all of the advanced factories. Bastions, prot deterministic, emerald cauldron, etc. In exchange for helping keeping them repaired, I'll let you use them. I live deep in the heart of Senntisten behind some heavy security so you might even like settling here, but it's not required.
