about 4 months ago this player committed minor crimes, was pearled, attempted/threatened to dox chanadians, was freed on a glitch, committed more crimes, and repearled. He is now messaging random civcrafters, /ppling them and asking to aid in his release. Regardless of how you feel about Chanada - I think this community can agree, this is one case where permapearl is in order. He's 'threatened' to take his plea to the sub - so i figure I'll minimize the drama and beat him to the punch.
