Chunks have been corrupted outside Thule's nether factory. Our city is on lockdown, any unknown accounts are POS, and all citizens are being asked to stay inside the city. As far as we know, many nether factories have been corrupted, and other cities like overworld Orion and Mount Augusta.
A word of advice to others: lock down your rails, log off your valuables. Until the admins can fix this security problem we're like lambs in a slaughterhouse.
