Newfriend here, where is a good place to start a town?

Hello, I'm somewhat new to Civcraft, and I'm interested in starting a town. I've already read the wiki and stuff, and I'm interested in starting a town. Any good locations you think would be right?
EDIT: Just for clarification, I'm in a nice unoccupied (except by abandoned structures) area that is a little bit west of Aytos.
