[Proposal] Inner Map Rail Line

Right now this server lacks a good middle of the map rail line that connects to the cities of Viridian, Intis, Clacton, Mount Augusta/New Detroit, Bryn, Etherium, and Aytos and possibly more cities if they want to get in on it.
It would be a joint effort, and supercart functional. I'd also like to make it be able to support horse travel underground somehow.
