- Staged update for Burricos, fixes a few other glitches, will go online with next restart.

- Significantly less exploded, should now be running decently, please hop on and test out Citadel 3.0, since this is a major version upgrade pretty much everything about Citadel will need to be tested.

I still need to run the script to check the Endstone in the world, I will try to do that today while I am goofing off and not studying.
Still would like some feedback on making the upkeep costs of the NetherFactories enough that its non trivial for a town to maintain long term without a population, especially since there are only so many you can have, if they are too easy to maintain it could become an issue, although if it inspired actual conflict between cities that would be very interesting.
The Mustercull fixes seem to be working a decent amount, aggressiveness against spawner mobs needs to be bumped a decent amount, but otherwise it looks to have been a good return on optimization.
